A SKU in Orbivex is any distinct product variant you're actively monitoring — defined by your own catalog identifiers: ASIN, UPC, or internal SKU code. Color and size variants of the same base product each count as separate SKUs (because they have separate competitive price points). The SKU count in your plan is the maximum number of SKUs indexed at any one time. You can archive inactive SKUs and activate new ones freely within your cap; we bill on active SKUs, not catalog size.
Yes. You can add channels at any time within your plan's channel limit. Growth plan supports up to 5 channels; Enterprise is unlimited. If you need more channels than your plan allows, you can upgrade at any time — prorated billing applies for mid-cycle upgrades.
Yes — all plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to the features of the tier you select. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, you'll be prompted to enter payment details to continue. If you don't, your account pauses but your data is retained for 30 days.
Orbivex indexes publicly-available pricing data from the retail channels you configure — Amazon product listings, DTC storefronts, wholesale partner sites, and major retail marketplaces. We do not use methods that violate any platform's terms of service, and we do not collect data from behind login walls or through means that circumvent channel access controls. The competitive price index reflects what any buyer on those channels would see.
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Annual plans can be cancelled but are non-refundable for the current annual term. After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days in case you change your mind.
